We are delighted to announce the introduction of Pilates HQ’s NEW cardio pilates advanced classes. The cardio pilates classes use ‘jump boards’ which come fresh from the US and are used by Hollywood A-listers. This is a hot new cardio addition to the pilates work out which will be seriously high energy yet low impact. The jump boards are fitted to the base of the reformer beds and will allow you to perform rapid calorie burning “jump” sequences with appropriate spring tensions off the padded jump board. The workout will strengthen your abs, legs and gluts in time for the party season and is guaranteed to get your heart pumping!
